Here is an idea, you get convicted of a serious crime, and the crime gets tattooed on your forehead.

Effective? Heck Yeah!
I have no sympathy for this man or any other criminals that ever harmed or ended a human life. I am glad to hear "...child molesters rank near the bottom of the prison hierarchy and are often brutalized by other inmates.
I wonder, if Child molesters are “Near” the bottom of the totem pole, who exactly is at the bottom?..
